1970 Kawasaki A7SS

Description

1970 A7SS 350 restoration. Engine has been rebuilt from the crankshaft to the top end. Crank has all new bearings, seals, and rods, rebuilt by noted two-stroke guru Ed Toomey. New pistons and rings, first oversize. Carburetors have been rebuilt and new throttle cable installed. Fuel tank and oil tank have been etched, repainted, with reproduction factory decals. New rims, spokes, and tires. New reproduction shocks and drivechain. Forks have appropriate oil for them to work well. New battery. Replaced factory "buzzboxes" with modern CDI after purchasing 3 sets that did not work, but wired it in using original electrical connecters. Ignition pickups and coils are OE. New front brake cable. New handlebar levers. Handlebar, headlight, tailight mount bracket, and chain guard are original but rechromed.
Rebuilt oil injector pump but it STILL F@#&%ing leaks!!! Enrichener cable pulls out of the lever, as in picture.
Started and test run on premix. Runs well, quick little bike.
