Up for sale is perfect rendition of a Cafe Racer built from a 1983 Kawasaki Kz550. Recently complete rebuilt from the ground up. Has seen less than 75 miles since this project was 100% complete. ENGINE (work completed by ESP Performance in Tucson Arizona)
Compression tested 6/5/21 @ 164-187psi between all 4 cylinders
Tuned on pump 91 oct
Top end less than 2k miles
Key start ignition less than 2 years old
Balanced valves and set timing
Cam shafts less than 2k
Brand new carbs/floats and synchronized
New NGK ignition coils, plugs, wires
Fresh synthetics in gearboxes and engine oil
All new filters on Airbox and gas line
Installed two brand new tires Shinko Sp712 (hairs still on them)
Front brake caliper overhauled
Gas Tank was blasted and coated inside with sealant
New gas tank petcock and hoses
2 to 1 straight pipe big mouth cone exhaust with wrapped pipes(sounds absolutely amazing)
EXTERIOR
Wheels sandblasted and powder coated black
Fresh powdercoat on frame less than 2 years old
Newly wrapped seat done by Ferretti Interiors
Hand molded custom carbon fiber tail end
Brand new headlight and LED molded tail/brake light
Fresh painted tank and new authentic 80’s style decal less than 1 year old
Donor Kawasaki Ninja front end conversion (96-99 years)
RFY shocks with less than 2k miles on them
Rolled license plate relocator
THE BAD
Needs new speedometer. Aftermarket one currently on it does not match with the receiver end.
