New Amer-Sea lot of (4) (which appears to be out of business now) safety tubes.  Valves VISUALLY appear to be higher quality compared to the valves on the other listed 44" tubes.  That is just my opinion.  They may be a little dusty from sitting on the shelf for a few months.
Purchased at a liquidation auction with some other items a few years ago but they were set aside because I didn't know what they were.
FULL DISCLOSURE I do recall inflating at least one by mouth out of curiosity when purchased.
