A Quick Note About Shipping Cost:
Shipping is .99 for the first support rod as the box has a side that is over 30" and thus considered an over-sized package by UPS, incurring an .00 surcharge.  Unfortunately, we cannot avoid this surcharge, and so it is included in the shipping price of the first support rod. Each additional support rod is only .00 to ship as they can be added to the same box as the first.
About The Support Rod:
This sturdy aluminum drape support rod sets the width of your pipe and drape display, and is the horizontal piece of pipe that your drape panels hang from. Steel hooks are cast in a solid aluminum end. Set the width of your drape support rod from 8 feet at the minimum size to 14 feet at the widest size. Button stops pop out at 10 feet wide, 12 feet wide, and 14 feet wide to help set the width at the most popular sizes, although you may set the width at any dimension between 8 feet and 14 feet. Simply sleeve the drape (sold separately) onto the pipe and then "hook" each of the ends into one of the 4 slots cut out at the top of our uprights. The maximum weight capacity of the support rod is 15 lbs.

Payment
is due within 4 days of purchasing the listing. Payment must be made by PayPal only. No order cancellations can be made once production has begun.
Shipping
takes place within 5 business days after payment is received. We ship out of metro-Atlanta and the service used will be UPS. Signature is required for delivery.
Returns
must be made within 7 days of delivery and are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless an error was made on our behalf (at which we'll correct at our expense). Please open and inspect all contents immediately. All items must be new, unused, and the drapes must be unwashed. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and is not refundable. Returned products are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.
Sales Tax
(6%) is charged to orders shipping within the state of Georgia. If you are a tax exempt organization in Georgia, please contact us prior to placing an order; certain organizations, even with tax exempt status, are still taxable as per the Georgia Department of Revenue.

Failure to use these products as intended will likely affect the safety of the products used and can result in injury or damage for which we are not responsible. Any box that is delivered, or component piece within a box, may be sharp, and should be handled with care.
