    USPS First Class International does not include tracking nor an accurate estimated shipping date. Items shipped using this method could take longer than 30 days to arrive. If shipping to your location is not quoted, the box is too large to send to your country. The original boxes maybe a bit beat up. As a result, we may use generic packing to secure the item. If damage occurs during shipping, please keep all packaging and send us pictures so that we may file a claim on your behalf.

    days from receipt.  Buyer responsible for all shipping fees.We deal in closeout or returned merchandise. We are not perfect and may make a mistake in the description of the product. We are honest people and will work to correct any mistakes. If a part is missing or damaged beyond proper use, we will replace the part. The only exception is  is if your item is missing a few pieces of generic hardware that could be picked up at the local hardware store (ie: missing a couple screws or washers.) For video games and electronics, the serial number must match the serial number on our manifest and on your box when it is returned to us.
