C98A
special variety stamp FVF and
MNH
. It is the
40c
Philip Mazzei
sheet reissue. The
1980
gummed Air Mail variety is scarce EL
perforated 10½ x 11¼.
Sante Graziani
designed the tagged stamp. It was the
second variety
for the issue and is far less common. The original C98 stamp is bullseye perforated 11 (sold separately).
