Down East Rail Mount Trolling Rod Holder D-14

Description

This Down East D-14 tail mount rod holder is pre-owned but has never been installed.
It is designed for rails 1” – 1 1/8” diameter but will accommodate rails slightly bigger/smaller with some modifications per the instructions.
The box has some shelf wear as shown but remains intact.
