    Here is a 22-page pamphlet published by the Model Railroad Club of Toronto describing the history and geography of their club layout - the Central Ontario Railway. There is no date but the address of the club indicates that it was before the introduction of postal codes in Canada in the early 1970’s.
    Generally good condition but there is a small grease spot on the back cover which bleeds through to the map (as shown below).
