I am unsure how to test this. Meter still has plastic on face and does not appear to ever have batteries installed. Case has light shelf wear.

5. Read the values and record the maximum/minimum values in the measurement

9. Torsion sensor chuck: 1.5 to 13 mm
10. The starter can be replaced freely
Selling as-is untested. With no returns.
This will have a security tag discreetly placed on it before shipping.
Insured shipping is .99 through USPS Priority. We do try to upgrade to faster mail service if it is available at similar cost, but cannot make any guarantees.
