eBay is now requiring stamp dealers to grade their stamps. I'm not an expert in grading stamps.
All my stamps are mint never hinged and are not second hand. They come directly from
the post office or wholesale provider. I will be grading all my stamps XF ( extremely fine)
based upon the information I have provided.
eBay is also requiring dealers to provide  certification. The stamps that I sell
do not come with a certification. A certification comes with stamps that are
much older and valuable than what I am selling. So, I will be marking my stamps as
uncertified or ???. This does not mean that they are illegal or counterfeit.
They are legitimate stamps. I do have some cinderella's, but they are noted as such.
