Shipping Policy:
We ship 5 days per week as follows:
USPS - Mailed out BY 2PM Monday - Friday. If you purchase your item on Monday at 3 PM, it will go out the following day BY 2PM. This of course is completely at the mercy of our local USPS office and any type of restrictions, issues, or logistical errors they may encounter.
FEDEX - Mailed out on as needed basis. We ship most items USPS, but some heavier items or those going to the west coast will likely be shipped FEDEX. We schedule FEDEX pickups for the following day BY 2PM. If you purchase your item on Monday, no matter what time, we will have it shipped the following day BY 2PM. If you need your item shipped same day, send us a message PRIOR to purchase.
Listing Policy:
Unless specifically stated on the listing, NONE of our items have been tested. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for this reason. Our descriptions generally all say the same thing, "Sold as shown". This means what you see is exactly what you will get. If a listing has the words "Lot of..." this means you will receive the pictured lot of items. This does NOT mean you will receive one specific item or model. You may receive items or models that did not fit into the title of the listing. Please check all pictures.
