Here is a RAC Royal Automobile Club Members Car Badge. Other listings say this is from the 1960's.
"As-found" condition.  Some scuffs to the plastic shell.  Dust and such. Vintage dirt on back side.  I got this from an English gentleman's yard sale with some other older car-related items.
