Here is a Vtg Refillable Butane Lighter w/ 5 Colored Dice in See Thru Side.  Cool looking lighter, it has a refill spot on the bottom, I flicked it a few times and it still sparks, probably just needs new fluid or gas.  It's 2 7/16" tall x 1 7/16" wide x 3/4" thick at it's widest part.  It has a red color on the outside.
