It has feet.  The patent no. Is 4.966.305. That aligns is manufacture to the 1990s.  Slovenia to 1995.  Mold no. Is also 5 which is Slovenia.
The stem is red.  She has her black hair gold crown with red star.  Red mouth and dark eyes.
The hinge works nicely with spring moving nicely as well.
I have look it over thoroughly and can find no imperfections.  Its used but like new as well.
